Delivery
Please allow roughly 48 hours for UK delivery (not including Sundays). If for some reason your order cannot be delivered this swiftly we will notify you via email. For bulkier orders such as sweatshirts, if you happen to be out when the postman calls, you can arrange a free re-delivery by clicking here.Standard delivery time for international orders is between 3 and 7 working days, depending on the distance, and the cost of delivery is calculated automatically when you select your country on the check-out page. All international orders are sent via airmail. If you'd like to exchange an item from abroad, that's fine - please follow the instructions in the 'returns' section above. The only difference is that you will be asked to supplement the cost of the return shipment fee - only about £1 or £2 within Europe, slightly more outside. The cost of the return supplement fee will never exceed £5.
International deliveries using the regular postal service cannot be signed for and therefore we cannot take responsibility for the unlikely occurrence of deliveries being lost in transit. If you'd rather pay extra to be safe, or if you live in a country with a sub-standard mail service, please email info@cardifferent.com to arrange a FedEx delivery.

Returns
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size please email orders@cardifferent.com with your details and ask for our returns address. As soon as we receive the item in its original condition we will send you the new size. This whole process can be completed in as little as 48 hours, providing you send the item back swiftly. Please do not wash an item before sending it back - we cannot accept returns which are not fit for re-sale.If you'd like to exchange your order for a different item of the same value, this is also fine - simply follow the instructions above. If the item you are returning is of more value than the item you'd like in exchange, please include your paying-in details (account number and sort code) and we'll refund you the difference. Aside from transactions of this nature, we cannot issue refunds.
